Hey all,

I should start off saying that I am quite experienced at MMOs and have played almost every major one on the market. I recently started playing DOFUS, I'm lvl5 or 6 I think and I'm not really too sure what I should be doing. Questing seems like the most logical thing, though the quest texts are always really vague and I just rely on going where my compass points me. Should I just look for creatures that're my level and grind on them? I love the overall look and feel of the game but the new player experience in this game is really lacking in my opinion.
Also can I transfer items between my characters? I'm thinking of starting a new character, I subscribed to the game yesterday and I'm wondering if i can give my gift to my new toon?
