Cologne's Gamescom, which this year attracted 245,000 visitors, is now regarded by many as the leading global convention in the field of video gaming.
Ankama was represented with a 200m² stand in Hall 6, Stand B40, to present DOFUS 2.0. It was not only an opportunity for many visitors to discover DOFUS, but also for DOFUS players to test this new version, and get keys for the closed beta of DOFUS 2.0.

Countless events created a great atmosphere at the Ankama stand, and visitors were able to win many bags, t-shirts, manga, and of course, ever-popular Bow Meows. One of the highlights was an auction at which visitors were able to use false Kama notes. Specially created for the occasion and distributed locally to raise prices and win books, they allowed visitors to win stuffed toys and bags full of goodies, some autographed by well-known team members. A Tiwabbit bag was won for the modest sum of 3,000 Kamas (thirty 100 Kama notes).

The two little bunnies in BouffBoufGirls costumes, who circulated DOFUS magazines throughout the convention and were always showing their readiness to be photographed, also attracted attention to the stand.
The stage also hosted presentations of the trial version of DOFUS 2.0 and gave volunteers and players the chance to test it.
The presence of the DOFUS team in Germany was also an opportunity to conduct numerous interviews with the press.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the success of our participation in this show, especially the volunteers and players who helped newcomers discover DOFUS.
The Ankama Team was delighted to see that the new version was so well received by players!
